Well, if he's calling him out on this there are a ton of other issues he can be seen as incompetent on.

 

So Chuck Todd has never seen military service and never completed college that he attended on a music scholarship (french horn) but he nevertheless is qualified to provide analysis of Obama's actions in Iraq.

If Obama had kept US troops in Iraq, it would be more of the (which we did hear), "why are we still there? We're broke! Why did he get a Peace Prize??" Etc. But, he pulled them out on the advice of the generals (who delayed our withdrawal), and now it's "why did he pull out of Iraq so soon???" And let's not forget the troops surge, "Obama is a war monger!" "Obama is a wimp, the surge is too small." The peanut gallery hasn't had an empty seat in years. Lol.

Anyone with an IQ over 80 can point to many, many areas that Odumbo has displayed total incompetence.

 

Given that you can't spell "Obama", your IQ must be considerably less than 80.
