In Sept of this year Trump is ahead of Biden . In RCPs 8 most recent polls against Trump Biden has not had the lead in any of them. Only 2 presidents had double digit negative net approval in Sept before the election,Trump and Carter...and now Biden No censorship for polls,show them all,even the outliers.Many times outliers become the norm.
