    The message is frequent exercise, in any form, is necessary to health, that includes healthy brain aging. I think aerobic exercise is better choice than weigh lifting. The laatter involves lots of straining and grunting, raise blood pressure.
     
  6. First you would need to know how the brain works to determine what dementia is and how the different forms operate. To date this knowledge does not exist.

    Dementia is just a catch all for various symptoms that are similar within various groups of patients. Once they call it something, then they can raise funds to do research and create drugs to sell to people.

    They used to call people insane, crazy or maniacs. These are all "non scientific" terms now.
