should terms of reselling tickets be decided by the sponsors or by a free resale market?

    I don't have an opinion on this specific event. I don't think scalping should be illegal. What concerns me is the access to original tickets, not after sale access. If the venues allow a small number of individuals to have access to the original sale, the distribution of tickets to fans are hurt and so is the artist or event.
