Can you clarify whether the account information from your earlier email is a bank account under your name, or is it a brokerage account? As was outlined in an earlier email from your brokerage firm, it appears that they can't accept transfers. They were able to find the account information that they needed and asked us to resubmit the request today based on the information they had. We have submitted that request, so if your account does not reflect the transfer as of the close of U.S. business hours today, you should see it in your account by the end of business day on Tuesday, February 6.
