    Hey,
Anyone here daytrade and play poker full-time in LA? I'm looking to relocate. My plan is to daytrade the morning hours 8am-12pm EST and play poker in the afternoon full time. Wanted to connect with others who might be doing the same thing. Need ideas on the places to live. Area around Commerce and Bike are pretty bad, as is common with casinos.

California in general is pretty bad now

I liked Culver city, cypress, Anaheim 30 years ago

  3. You sound like young girls from middle town America who have big hopes and dreams of moving to LA and making it big,

Daytrade in the morning, and play full time poker at casinos in the afternoon...
Good luck with that. I mean it, I'm not being sarcastic.

Thanks KCalhoun for the helpful suggestions. I've heard some people mention on 2+2 poker forums that Montebello is nice.

Lol, the dumb reference to young girls and Hollywood dreams.

Dude, if you got nothing good to offer don't offer.

First off, it's IDIOTIC to think daytrading in LA is some holy grail. If you are a good trader you can trade anywhere. Second thing, if you like something like I do with poker and are good at it, why not play. I'm a consistent winner at the game and I enjoy. Makes sense to maximize the good trading hours and then to step away. I would prefer to spend my time playing poker as there is a lot of down time with trading.

Making it big??? Laughing my ass off. It's like if I assume you are a reckless options trader, making huge risky bets like SO MANY other WSBtards who now regret they EVER even heard about options.

Yeah dude, you are being sarcastic and assuming a lot of dumb things.

  7. You been a member on this site since December 1999.... that is some serious street cred....that feels like literally...three lifetimes ago.
So, are you like a millionaire many times over from compounding and compounding and growing and growing your account over the years?

I, rather, do make bold bets with options. But my approach, understanding and results speaks for itself. I don't purely gamble blindly like so many dumb, common, ducks. WSB is joke, amateur, city, clowns.

What did you make today in the shock market? What account % return, money return?

Ahhhh, now the sarcastic one is being smart and delving further before making stupid comments about young girls and dumb hollywood dreams.

Dude, the millionarie comment is more dumb, sarcastic stereotypes that comes from your lazy assumptions. Like all wannabe daytraders are doomed to fail. Or all daytraders have to shoot for the moon.

Bold bets? Dumb common ducks? Yet you blindly assume things when someone simply post about moving to LA to take advantage of the better hours and better proximity to a game that they love. You have ZERO idea of the depth of their knowledge of either game. Kinda seems a lot like the WSBtards who BLINDLY assume options will make them rich.

  9. You day trade by day like a boss, play poker at night in casinos like a player, and live in a loft in LA...you should write a book, or video series, documenting your exciting day in the life.
It has all the markings of viral content. Every Gen Z and Millennial strives to be you -- and Boomers too. Clickbait that's not clickbait.

Dude, give it up. Your comments in this thread is like that crappy trade you entered and realized oops I was wrong. Don't continue making more bad comments.

As a big time option trader destroying the markets every day, you should be content in your ivory tower counting your millions and smugly looking down upon the lowly ET denizens. Making dumb comments about how you perceive the world (loft in LA???) doesn't help anyone.
