I do 1% of assets and 20% of profits. If you want to forego the management fee, then you should do 30% incentive.
2/25, 1/30, 0/35 or do it like RenTec 3/44. If you're looking for expected returns yoy > 50 % you should increas your standard incentive fee by 5 %, IMO.

I charge 30% of profits, and no mgmt fee for my managed acct futures clients. If for any reason, any of my clients closes their acct before end of year, then the 30% accelerates to a default of 35%.
