How does a website like that work? Who pays for the website? The penny stock companies themselves hire these websites to promote their stocks? So the websites make money off the promotion fees, and own stock holdings?
Most of this type of websites are owned by the same people , they start stock promotions by emailing and advertising , as a penny stock starts going up , promoters start selling slowly , you cant do very large sizes , that"s why you need to sell slowly , when volume drys up , stock just goes down as usual , and SEC is always late.
