He is probably taking advantage of low rates, as a trader doesn't like misappropriation of resources...
i was asked what is going on behind the scenes looking for some clarification. Whats the story?? surf
I said it many times...PTJ is as hypocritical as it gets. Lecturing about the ills of capitalism while taking full advantage of the wealth inequality monetary easing caused around the globe.
You are the ideal example of societies #1 problem that no one talks about. It's called the blame game. surf
How so? Whom did I blame? I blamed nobody. I stated that it is hypocritical for one of the richest hedge fund managers who has amassed his wealth off the back of his skills BUT ALSO off the back of a badly skewed societal opportunity distribution, which hugely favors the top 1-2%, to stand there and make big speeches about cures of capitalist deformations. It is like abusing each and every last loophole and play the lobbying game and after sucking dry the last hole you walk out and complain about the loopholes. Hypocritical, not more not less.
No. PTJ is about as good as you can get. He began giving back very early in his career and continues to do so admirably. Fortune magazine calls his one of the most innovative and influential philanthropic organizations of our time. It was covered on 60 Minutes. There are many people in the business community who may deserve your ire. PTJ is not one of them. He has already said the game should be changed. But until that is so, the game must be played as it.
