Option house: Net liquidation value less than requirement?

hi, I'm a newbie option trader. Im on optionhouse and trying to do a vertical spread but I get this message every time. What is the problem? I have sufficient buying power. My cash is around 4k and my margin is 7 k. The spread is a debit of $30 dollars on FEYE.

No margin on options - so you are limited to $4,000. Enter the long position first.

 

Sorry, but how much do I need in my account to do a spread trade with a debit of > $100?

 

Perhaps you are attempting to open the short position first. Try the long position first, when that has been filled open the short position.
