option charting tool

guys,,, I sorry to bother, but I am desperately in need for an option tool that can give me the bid/ask for a certain option contract on specified date. You know sometims the price increases while the last sell is still unchaged.

 

OptionVue 5 has it in their back trader module. Not sure where else it might be available

 

Qcharts from www.quote.com has historical trades that can be charted for options.

my point here is to know what was the highest bid/ask for a certain contract, despite the last sell.

 

ib charts draw bid/ask but not size.
