Was about to write this one off, though has been doing well. But on August 23 they announced closing of 23 million finance deal in which 17,710,000 common shares sold at $1.30. The $1.30 is much higher than current value. So did this already sell at that price at sometime in past? Not sure how to evaluate. Help requested. Here is link (hopefull) to the announcement, may have to cut and paste http://www.morningstar.com/news/can...ces-closing-of-23m-bought-deal-financing.html
So far I agree. But still the question. Why and who paid $1.30 per share when stock has been virtually whole time trading significantly below? Were all 17 million shares bought on the one or two days market did trade at about that price? Don't understand the finance deal.
