I always like how germany plays: Muller, Lahm, Ozil did a great job yesterday. They were playing more "toque" than usual. In preceding world cups, it was all about 20-30m artillery with Ballack shooting 15 times per game.

Today, my team, Netherlands, is playing( I'm of dutch origins ). I'm so sad Robben broke his leg. They have the potential to go far. I have found my old orange shirt and put it every day they are playing.

I don't know if you have it in the US, but this commercial instantly puts me on:

Edit: It seems Robben is training alone and might not participate today but he might be back for other games...I don't know why somebody told me he broke his leg and was out of the competition and why I trusted him...LOL

    Mission accomplished: 2-0.

They didn't show their best soccer at all. Van Persie and Kuyt inexistent. Young blood Elia not bad.I hope Robben will come back soon.

  5. After the way the Dutch team left me everybody high and dry during the last cup, I believe it would be prudent to wait for them to make it to the quarter finals before 'taking a position"...

Agree they played bad.I hope they will play the italian way this time: Hard time getting out of groups but always in semi-finals at least.
