  1. Art's futures biases for Feb 28.

    A "1" means bullish bias. A "-1" means bearish bias. The total is the sum of biases. A positive sum will be long bias. A negative sum will be a short bias. A sum of zero will be a neutral bias.

    For Friday, all major complexes figure to move lower. The most likely down move is in the currencies, particularly the continental ones. The bond complex is also uncontested. The indices, on the other hand, are mixed, but the majority of the signals are also urging sells.

    We have solid sell signals across the bond complex for Tuesday. Note the numerous flashes in the less-frequent second box. Also for Tuesday, the indices continue to project higher.

    The CzarCharts have been in synch with the bond complex which predicted down-moves for the last two days. For Thursday, they are urging a reverse-direction to the upside.
