To have a strategy now is to acknowledge that he completely misread the situation to begin with. They're still trying to figure out how to spin that.

yup and just last week hoofie was telling us about how barry provided a "MUCH" better strategy for dealing with terrorists. iirc, he was basically crediting Pres ackbar for using the seals/special forces (like he invented it.) : D There is only one way to deal with isis and that is to wipe it out. no amount of thought or talking is going to change this fact.
