NYSE AMERICAN OPTIONS: AUGUST 2019 PRICING CHANGES

On August 1, 2019, pending effectiveness of regulatory filings, NYSE American Options will be making the following revisions to its Fee Schedule:

Changes to Complex CUBE Cap Incentive for Firm Monthly Fee Cap (“Firm Fee Cap”)

The threshold required to achieve the Complex CUBE Cap Incentive program is being reduced to 0.15% (from 0.20%) of TCADV.

A Firm that qualifies for the Complex CUBE Cap Incentive by achieving an increase over its January 2019 initiating Complex CUBE Volume of at least 0.15% TCADV, may include the following transaction volume (in addition to Firm Manual and QCC transactions) under the Firm Fee Cap:

    • Broker Dealer Manual transactions; and

    • Broker Dealer QCC transactions.

For Firms that qualify for the Complex CUBE Cap Incentive and attain the Firm Fee Cap, an incremental service fee of $0.01 per contract will also apply to Broker Dealer Manual transactions and an incremental service fee of $0.10 per contract will apply to Broker Dealer QCC transactions that exceed 25,000 contracts ADV. Firms are still eligible for a reduced Monthly Fee Cap based on ACE Tier achieved.
