The attractiveness of the downside is waning. I shorted this in the am and remain short, but will cover soon because they have enough value left. This is a long term move to buy a small canadian company cheap with property next door. The bounce in NG will be on the measure of two to three dollars when it comes.
Do you think it will go under 8.00? Of course there is going to be some form of a bounce but will it even be that big to consider it a buy? This stock has been going down for quite a well. I see nothing great about it in the future.
This isn't about to be a bankrupt stock. It may go into the high 8's, but I wouldn't chance it going into the 7's/low8's. This was one of their flagship properties, but they have two. 50% cut seems reasonable, so is there another 50% no. I mean bounce, not dead cat bounce. Also, this project is merely on hold, not lost. If looking for a grossly over priced producer, to consider shorting, look at SA. Took a hit today just on this news alone. They will hurt you fast if you choose the wrong direction.
