Took a Long on GA, when breaking the 30ema called in part a huge break down, 7 was down and 40+ pts Instinct becomes to reverse, which is just madness, have to fight hard not to, still, stupid. Ofcourse the trade before, I just missed, worked a treat, up spike signalling reverse ofcourse. I see 120ema called the DAX lows under 10750, go to work it back in.
Resent, change to 50:1 margin, useless useless fool. Too many counter trend trades being called still, I need better counter trend protection. Think a previous method, was smarter, more objective which was based on 2 MA's, where I had a rule, I need to be above atleast 1, preferable 2 to take a long. Faster 7, ie a 5 remove the mid, clearer maybe faster reacting That's not bad looking, 5 Envelope 0.03%, calls a REALLY nice directional setup, if going up, near the low gives loads of entries with it's direction on DAX so far. Lets test that, with the longer trends being 30ema and 100ema currently but subject to change, atleast 1 below to go long rule. Today DAX from start... >24, 5+ 40pt move no slips >100 >24 another 40 Looking Good!! GA nice aswell. 3 ways to use...... 1. how I trade currently, wait for 5 to go flat, get in near low, turns up ride it, turns down exit. 2. wait tad longer enter near low's with it's new direction. 3. jump on existing strength ( the dream ) I like, Live full size lots test tomorrow approved LOL Just need to focus on the 5's direction, keep losses small and use 5's to hold longer. The 30 range is GONE, costing me to often with sim trades thankfully BE pretty much on the day, still not happy, if I'm not happy, CHANGE IT!!
So on the Tablets I can change the colours on the Envelope for direction. So if I'm above a MA or both MA's, then I'm long capable and upon the Env turning Green also then I look for a Long toward the low's of the 5 if possible. If the 5 turns RED then I'm on the wrong side, momentum wise and time to bail. More Automatic, less thinky, less stress ( I hope ), respects longer trends but not too long. Pull backs against the larger trend aren't allowed which is good there generally traps. Quick Exit when wrong, use same for general exit on good moves to keep me in longer.

HA off, to see best entry HA looks to easy entry wise. 9am today DAX Start ( +'s reduced to realistic level ) Trend D D, short called 22, best 08 +10 No entry Trend U U, long 41, 77 +30 Trend U U, L 68 80 +10 U U L 71 86 +12 ( tricky, might of missed it, by the time it went green, already at top maybe LOL ) U U 82 705 +20 No losses or bails, good up draft this am Some arse gravy, no idea, rules might of kept me out maybe ? short lived down blip. Up turn, 690 - 740 +40 Looks to keep you out of chop, as you can only play 1 side and you likely won't get a position to enter before the directions changed. This is where the $$$'s are, this is how I want to trade, been trying to get to this point for ages. Don't over think it, look for a entry with the momentum, Exit on change of colour or line failing.
Been watching the action, while watching TV ie Live, I called 30 on GA easy peasy, nearly traded it already to!! Got to dump HA just can't see the entry clear enough with that smoothing filter down, 5 is the only momentum thingy needed thankfully. Breaks of the 5 range, for no reason are very rare aswell once it's got a direction, which is well good news really for this plan to have a shot. News just, why it went a bit random, odd time! GA 5 going down, join it, play live sim till I've got good results, tricky part it, price is moving up so waiting for a short entry near and trying to minimize times where it blows right through ofcourse. GA blew through back up, annoying. Pulled back to low here, low held and bounced so far, 5's turned down, above so no short! Going lower, breaking EMA's EJ. all down, awaiting RED 5 then look for entry with, just went red, likely need to wait 1min as i'm sure it will read green soon, say short 97 SL 134+ a tad, 92 going my way. 90 88 85, balls to enter that with real $$'s not likely, stupidly as I enter stupider trades LOL Lets see if momo holds as down, back near low's turned perfectly, new lows please and yes new low's Got to get head around no HA Stay out of flat markets and this looks golden! I think, trying to accurately pick a direction change, with a tight SL was basically WAY to stressful long term, working don't get me wrong, but got to be a less stressful way! TV to watch, up at 9 try to hit some trades! Sim till proven then ROCK ON!!
Not the time to be watching, when there is no real trend. Rule #1 Ride some of those 100pt moves I dream of mastering, no waiting to risk a turn, jump on! Rule #2 Don't trade against the 5 EVER. Rule #3 no trend no play. Rule #4 Try to get in near the low's of the 5. Rule #5 If the 5 turns against you, odds are it'll stomp you, exit! Rule #6 try to stop Rule #4 from chopping you to death, no plan there yet. Examples, white marks are entries with trend. Yep, I want to start joining, big existing Momo Moves, part the way though and ride them, that's what I realised is where to make it, move away from timing turn points. SLEEP!!
Last night's plan is interesting so far, or maybe i have gone completely mad, yep mad mad mad mad. The good so far.... Working well on EJ so far today, as is got trend and behaving momo wise, 2 trades +30 so far, easy as. GA did ride out a 100pip move earlier, with only 1 spike below, so let's not abort quite yet. GU small moves so far, it's okay is a Friday over news time so acceptable. GA turned up on the 5 perfect entry and quick 25 momo pop, nice! 30 and 100emas doing a good longer trend study to only trade with filter, shouldnt of lost that And the issue........ DAXAMUNDO, it's working firstly but......... Most of the moves are to quick there is no entry in the area so there is no real SL management, maybe it will show down later trade forex in busy times and dax might be better later. Saying that although dax ran up without an entry the turn down was nicely called with a nice entry, that run up looked like ideas going to have to say short lived, but it did stall and reverse right on cue. As i have been tapping this in for the last hour in starting to see the benefits, good simple momo, just a bit of choppy dax action. It really does cut to a no BS the direction is this don't even think about telling me I'm wrong and going against me
