It will never go through the courts. it will be stopped but the precedent for using national emergency will be set. it opens the pandora's box.
It is time that both parties get their collective act together and put forward comprehensive immigration reform. There will be parts of any practical plan that some people won't like -- however middle ground needs to be found to address the entire problem. Issues that must be addressed include: Our porous Southern border. The DACA kids The 11 million plus illegal immigrants here already (Hint: you can't simply deport them). Visa reform -- including H1-B Visas, etc.
