Despite her horrible table manners, I find the "eye roll" most disrespectful. What she looks like and how she behaves shows exactly what her ancestors were: Field hands. There's no question that slave owners bred their slaves in an effort to make them bigger and stronger. While that mostly applied to the men, it probaby influenced the women to some degree. Plus, simple natural selection meant that the biggest and strongest females were able to survive being born, growing up on a plantation and then living long enough to create their own pickanninnies.
