We, the civilized world, are often accused by the muzzie terrorists of killing em. It's true, we have. But more muzzies kill eachother than are killed by us. For example, in Israel, more muzzies kill eachother than have been executed by Israel. Same goes for Afghanistan and Pakistan (although our armed drones will probably have to pick up momentum in Pakistan in the near future).
