Pervert indicted for downloading Animal Pornography 11 Mar 2013 13:14 Stephen Thresh at Hull Crown Court A pervert with a fetish for animal porn downloaded images of women having sex with a SNAKE, a TIGER and an ELEPHANT to fuel his bizarre lust. Stephen Thresh, 47, built up a collection of 405 images of women having sex with animals - including horses, dogs, a snake a tiger and an elephant. The elephant and tiger were both on top of different women. He was not interested in straight sex but told police in interview he did not have a problem. Thresh of Lee Street, Hull, admitted five charges of possession of extreme pornographic images and a sixth charge of possession of 405 indecent images which were found on his laptop computer. Thresh was nailed after he downloaded a fake message: "Law enforcement authorities are have been informed," after searching for animal porn sites. Thresh believed it was true and handed his laptop into a police station ensuring his own conviction. Thresh appeared on bail at Hull Crown Court for sentence today March 11 where he also denied an offence of assault. His defence barrister Richard Thompson said: "It is an unusual request, but I ask that he is sentenced today. "These are two un-related matters and he is a man with no previous convictions and the cases can be treated separately." Members of the legal profession who had heard about the unusual offences crowded into the public gallery along with Thresh's family to hear the outcome of the case. Judge Mark Bury removed his glasses and studied the Thresh file before telling the court he was not prepared to sentence him separately. He said the trial on the assault would have to run its course and Thresh could then be sentenced for the animal porn. Humberside Police officer Dc Adrian Adamson who had to study the pictures seized by the police to classify them said it was a unusual case in many ways. "Mr Thresh thought the police were on to him but appears to have been the victim of malware on the internet to scam him for money,"said Dc Adamson. "In the main, the pictures were of horses and dogs having sex with women. "The images of an elephant, snake and tiger were highly dangerous in their execution. He has clearly more than an initial interest in the unusual. "His browsing history shows that pattern of his interest. We did not look for other indecent images. We could not work out if the tiger was alive or stuffed but the elephant appeared to be alive." Thresh will face a trail for alleged assault on April 15. He walked free on bail.
