Too funny..... All in a sudden mail-in voting is bad. Amazon presses for in-person voting for unionization election in the midst of a pandemic The e-commerce giant appealed a decision to hold mail-in balloting, arguing in part that the National Labor Relations Board pandemic election guidance never defined what an “outbreak” actually is. ...... The vote, the first unionization effort in the United States by Amazon workers in seven years, is emerging as a major labor battle at one of the country’s largest employers. Amazon has staunchly fought unionization at its American facilities, even as many of its European warehouse workers are represented by labor groups. https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2021/01/22/amazon-union-vote-alabama/
Oh, did Amazon chime in on being pro mail-in voting in 2020? Why would we care if a corporation has an opinion in our electoral process to begin with?
Corporations might not have opinions, but their CEOs (and CEO-owned "impartial" newspapers)... https://www.shorenewsnetwork.com/20...unionization-election-within-his-own-company/
I dunno. It seems to me that as you add additional hands, processes, etc to the voting process, the odds of error increase (never mind fraud). Keep voting as near to the voting booth as possible.
The House and Senate races on the same ballot paper as the presidential being OK, but the presidential vote the one tampered with, that's a real puzzle.
