  2. I've also read that plant based diets help with high blood pressure. My mother had high blood pressure and when she switched over to plant base her doctor definitely saw a change in her.

    Whatever you do don't move your fingers in a counterclockwise direction! That will raise blood pressure! It's like a little pump in there, right on your cheekbone.

    I have been on a strictly plant based diet for several months now. I could feel changes within 3 days. Sleep better, more energy, bathroom, mood, digestion and inflammation. Have not gone to the doctor to check my vitals but I've never had my vitals out or normal readings.

    Why u shouting? I'm early forties and I lift weights...no running or cardio of any sort.
