Technologies: C#, WCF, WPF, .Net 4.0, CAB, Sql Server, T-SQL, TFS, MSTest/NUnit/RhinoMocks, TPL. Business Areas: Order Management, Risk, Analytics, Commission Analysis, Accounting, and Data Warehouse. Design is done in our Boston office near South Station. Long-term vision and business requirements are quickly converted to software/system design for our execution teams. Architects members provide ongoing guidance and design changes throughout the life of the project and are called upon in escalated triage. This is an innovative, creative group. We currently have 15 programmers per architect, and need more architects to keep up with staffing. Be part of the excitement! Qualifications: ⢠Bachelorâs of Computer Science, Engineering or related field. ⢠8-10 years of software development in commercial applications, 3 or 4 years of architecture experience with big projects. ⢠Deep knowledge about different design patterns and familiarity with different architecture design tools, such as Visio, Visual Studio 2010 architect edition, and so on. ⢠Deep passion for seeking out new technologies with proven abilities to learn and implement these technologies. ⢠Superior written and oral communication skills. ⢠Strong business analysis skills and experience, including development of business vision and strategies, functional decomposition, requirements capture, and process modeling. ⢠Deep knowledge about the finance industry is a big plus. ⢠Leadership experience is important. ⢠C# .Net working experience is a plus.
