    Hi,

Is there any location where i can look at the buys and sells for the forex market? Who regulates the price in the forex market? Is the price across all different brokers the same? If so then who decides the price? Who connects up all the banks and provided ECN services to the broker i am using?

Is there something similar for stocks in USA or India?

If you want a regulated FX market with price discover, you will have to focus on FX futures. You are not going to get that with the other FX platforms that are all fragmented.

Apart from Oanda stay away from spot FX, just look at CME currency futures as Robert suggested.

As others have said Spot FX/ CFD etc is not traded on a centralized exchange so can't really see the volume,
Fx based products on regulated exchanges would be
FX futures ( in US all pairs with USD)
FX ETF ( FXA.FXB, FXy etc)

your second question about "Is there something similar for stocks in USA or India? what do you exactly mean by that?
I believe there are financial futures on FX in India's MCX but they all are pairs with INR.
