Is the Kuwaiti Dinar the "strongest" currency in the world?

Because its number 1 on the highest valued currency units list

Being the highest in value doesn't imply being the strongest! It's pegged to a currency basket.

Once you define that you can find the strongest one.

 

Instead of strongest you should say "most expensive".

 

Any currency backed by gold will seem expensive compared to a currency backed by ass-wipe fiat ($USD).
