Bitcoin-boys will never care about these news. It was always about pumping the price to cash out fiat. So you will see the price staying where it is and every coiner will be looking for ways to undermine the news. You will see for example: Miami, bah! is that a proper court? Craig? bah! he is delusional Bitcoin SV? he wants to pump his own coins! If he was the creator he would cash everything for himself! Craig, the creator of the whole thing himself has made some pretty strong statements about the global stupidity that we see behind the bitcoin market, so coiners hate him big time. He de-masked most of the slogans behind the so called bitcoin's adoption and that will now arise in a pretty strong argument.
I think nobody care who invented it because he can't affect it anymore, except maybe he reveals some bugs in the system.

I don’t think it will have any big impact on the price unless he releases his bitcoin holdings.
