All of them. if you are a serious day trader. Total view will show you all nasdq books (level 1 and 2) Nyse Arca books will show you ARCA level 2 on all ARCA and NYSE listed stocks. NYSE open book will show you NYSE level 2 quotes. I think 1st one is the bundled product of two (Total+Nyse open).
Instead of subscribing in advance you can also choose to subscribe by the time you need the data. You can navigate directly from TWS to the online data subscription manager. Any new subscription becomes active immediately.
