ICE cotton vs. NY cotton offset

    Is it possible to offset NY cotton with ICE cotton.

    NY Cotton = cotton futures contract traded on NYBOT
    ICE Cotton = cotton futures contract traded on ICE

    The ICE bought the NYBOT exchange (cotton,sugar,cocoa,coffee,USD index) 2 years ago.
