I noticed a bug in IB webtrader login this morning. I go to the login screen, enter user-name and password and then select IB Key. Then the webpage is supposed to wait until I enter my pin on my phone and then log me in automatically. I get the prompt for the pin number on my phone, but instead, I simply hit the login button on the webpage again and it logs me in. I've done this twice without entering my pin. Not sure if it also works with the security card.
Nope, I didn't even need to touch my phone. I just hit the login button on the webpage a second time and it logged me into my account.
The bug went away by this morning or perhaps over the weekend. I now have to type in my pin on phone to log-in.
