Getting this message on attempts to initiate Live Chat & Send of Secure Message TWS however is posting real-time chart & data update. Anyone else seeing this ?
Could it be that TWS is looking for a browser which isn't present on your computer? In "General Configuration" is it possible to define which web browser TWS is supposed to be using. https://www.interactivebrokers.com/...ral.htm?TocPath=Global%20Configuration|_____1
Thanks, I'm familiar w/ that config and confirm it's correct by running TWS menu cmd Help/Guides and Documentation/Online User's Guide which brings up the page in Chrome, to which that config has been set a long time.
So maybe the Account Management website was not available at the time you tried to access it via TWS? That website is being used in case you want to send a Secure Message to IB.
Maybe, but Live Chat was also unavailable, don't know if that's separate a component or not. Many pieces in the chain, too little info for diagnosis.
