What trades can be done on Saturday?

I just need to make a few small trades to use up the 10 dollar account activity limit.

I have no idea, but if anything is available it will be very illiquid. The trades will probably end up costing you more than $10.

By the way, is that $10 the Minimum Activity Fee or the $10 US Market Data Fee?

It's the min activity fee. IB charges $10 if you place no trades the whole month. This fee is not tax-deductible, so I would prefer to make some insignificant trade so that the commission will become the tax-deductible cost of a particular investment.

On months I come up short I tend to make 10 buys for penny stocks just to spend the $10.

Sorry I can't help. I am a trader, so the IRS, in its wisdom, would allow me to deduct that fee.
