I havev one window of booktrader with EUR march 07 contract and armed...I have to use the Re-center button as a refresh button so the page updates rates and bid offer size....I have also been waiting to connect to live CS from IB chat for the past 40 mins and nothing.........
yes I did that already...I even re-booted my pc...nothing...I am still waiting on cust serv..chat....
Just for kicks, why not try installing Java 6. It's the latest. EDIT: And why are you using the browser based TWS?
Ok so I did update to Java 6.0.....thanks for the suggestion...unfortunately that did not work..... the "good" news...I am still waiting for CS chat....so we are going on almost two hours......
I'm using TWS 865.7 & Java 1.6.0. 6EH7 comes up fine in booktrader. I'll load the browser based version and see what happens.
by the way I am not using the using the browser based TWS?....maybe it has to do with the latest TWS version, which I am running.......
