    Anyone have any insight as to why IB are not yet supporting IEX Discretionary Pegs that were released a year ago ? Not much info forthcoming from IB Customer Service.

    Many people have been asking the same question, myself included. There are no answers from IB.

    d08,

    Their first reply to me was "we don't support it", so I replied back asking any plans, their reply was "no plans to implement it".

    Certainly reads to me as if someone at IB has made a pretty firm decision to never implement it ?

    They're afraid no-one would use SMART after DPEG because my fills on IEX in general are definitely better, DPEG on IB would make IEX even more popular.

    What brokers support IEX DPeg now?

    @d08,

    Regrettably nothing of note so far.

    6 votes on the feature poll, average of 5 stars, which is great ... but no comment or progression from IB side on the poll

    I tried ibmgmt@interactivebrokers.com as someone suggested above, I can only assume my account is not large enough to merit a reply as all I've had so far is radio silence.

    If I can find another means to get the message through I'll try that, maybe a handwritten letter ? :sneaky:

    Its a great shame. Don't get me wrong, its great IB have enabled IEX access, but I can't imagine it would take an inordinate amount of time or effort to add D-PEG access. And failure to do so is, as usual, only at the detriment of retail traders.
