I Need an EA that can fix pending orders at a program time

I USE TO USE AMAZING EA BUT IT STOPPED WORKING, PLEASE CAN I GET AN EA THAT CAN PROGRAM PENDING ORDERS TO BE INITIATED AT A PROGRAM ED TIME?
