How to short China without shorting?

What are some ways, for someone to be Short China?
Specifically for someone without a "shortable" account?

Thanks for the info. But aren't they ultrashort Shares for the Japanese market and not the Chinese Market? I'm looking for something that is the equivalent of the proshares short funds for the Chinese market. Is there presently such a thing?

Taxation laws are changing, and that is what may be responsible for most of this pop.

Probably not worth bothering shorting.
