I want to trade the S&P 500 Volatility Index but I cant find data that isn't delayed by 15 minutes. One minute updates is alright, one second is better. I want to be able to display the chart on my screen, in a browser window is fine. I don't want to have to subscribe to a service that provides access to the whole market when all I want is this one ticker, but if I have to do that could I get a recommendation on the best service to use for my needs? A live chart of HVU(Horizons ETF TSX) would provide what I need as well. Thanks to anyone who can help me!
What broker do you use? On Sterling trader, we can enable what ever you want. https://www.sterlingtradingtech.com/products-and-services/platform-features/market-data/ On LVX, we don't charge non-pros market data at IB. https://www.lightspeed.com/trading-platforms/livevol-x/ Bob
Thanks for the replies, I use my banks platform to place trades, I'm not interested in switching brokers Robert. I settled on freestockcharts.com, the Canadian data is delayed by 15 minutes, but I found an American ETF that follows the same line!
