A fact that people don't know much about is that most brokers are registered with NFA, and they have an ID number. So use the following link to see ff your broker has been scamming anyone lately using their name or NFA ID number.

Does anyone know what is going on with the new NFA policy with the increase in the adjusted net cap?

Well you could call them for it, almost a 100% of the time the # would be in their main webpage.Another way is trying to type their name

Click this link and put your broker name in the appropriate box and a profile will come up with all info including the NFA# of the firm.
