I was going to reply to a thread and it had the quoted post on the window at the bottom. I didn't want it there leading me to subsequently go to the option where I logged out and cleared all cookies from this page and then logged back in but it was still there.
If you click on the reply next to "Like", it will quote the post. If you simply type in the box, and click the blue box "Post Reply". No quoting is done. Additionally, you can manual delete quotes which is simply text inside your reply box enclosed in quote tags that look like: [Kwote]....other guys post [/Kwote]. Or, something like it.
