  2. Ehhh. Very cookie cutter IMO.
    I'm guessing the area is ultra exclusive to justify a 6.6MM ask?

    It's a classy-looking place. I like cookie cutter in that regard.

    Yes, Hillsborough is very exclusive. The town is just residential no main street with shops etc..

    You'd be hard pressed to find an old small house right along the 280 freeway in Hillsborough for less than $2.5M. I would think $6M would be the median price for any house there. We're talking the Bay Area where a 1 bedroom apartment can easily top $1M. A person has a hard time even grasping it unless they've lived there or a handful of other super high cost areas. To put it another way, I was excited when I moved to Hawaii from the town next door to Hillsborough because houses were so much more affordable and I could actually afford to buy one.
