Has anybody tried this programme for deep meditations? I am thinking of buying this but want to get feedback from people who have tried and have comments in favour or against this. Much appreciated.
What do you expect to get out of it? To me, it seems like a lazy attempt at meditation. I don't buy it.
OP I purchased a couple of the CD's.., (Chinese gongs / Rain) I like listening to it..., and it is relaxing But I also think it overpriced..., and there is pressure to up sell / purchase additional recordings I think comparable could be found for far less jmo Sir RN
