The problem arose when an anti religious freedom group identified the two brothers as participants in a prayer rally outside the democrat national convention in charlotte. Apparently one of them gave an interview advocating traditional values and opposing the gay agenda. They were also said to have participated in anti-abortion demonstrations. Apparently that is enough to ruin your career in the entertainment business these days. I recall how the liberals romanticized the communist agents and sympathizers in Hollywood, some of whom were blacklisted. Supporting our biggest enemy and using movies to indoctrinate naive people were acts of principle and intellectual freedom in the view of liberals. I guess those lofty ideals don't apply to religious freedom, unless you are muslim or, in hollywood, jewish.
