  1. lol, 1 candy is hard to define. It could mean one hershey kiss or one king size Butterfinger. Big difference in calories and fat :D

    HAHAHAHAHA yeah no wonder u became 280 from 210..

    actually i cant afford to talk.. i havent put on much, but for me it is a lot.. where the hell is daxtrader.

    no one has responded to my question if 1 candy a day (say a twix for example) is bad for u..

  8. Im sure that if you walk 1 hr a day like ElCubano suggested, you could probably get away with eating a candy bar a day and keep the status quo.

    what most of you don't know is that I am well veresed in biology and metabolism

    I candy bar a day about lets say 200 cal is not a big deal

    unfortunately simple sugars are metabolized so fast that your blood glucose level will immediately shoot up

    but even that is not a big deal

    the problem is the glucose level will crash down in the same way along with sugar levels

    as a result you will feel HUNGER and sugary desires

    you won't be able to stop at just one
