It was this day, 50 years ago, when the Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd, gave his famous "I have a dream" speech which rocked the nation, inspiring republicans and democrats of all skin colors around the globe. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/smEqnnklfYs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
It was this day, 42 years ago, that I was born! But MLK did have a great speech. "You know what's fucked up? Martin Luther King stood for non-violence. Now what's Martin Luther King? A street. And I don't care where you live in America, if you're on MLK there's some violence going down!" - Chris Rock
Happy B-day, Tsing! If you look closely, I believe you can see Lucrum standing just behind the Doctor King.
Don't you mean Michael King? His real name? Did he use a phony name to sound good in religious circles or did the typist who made out his birth certificate make a typo, as Michael King's father says. You know, like when Obama told his book publicist that he was born in Hawaii, but the publicist made a typo and put Kenya instead. Did Michael King plagiarise his "i have a dream" speech? That is a matter of dispute. But there are distinct similarities to a speech given a decade earlier by someone else. And given that it has been confirmed that he plagairised all of his major written works, including his doctoral dissertation, who really knows if the speech was plagiarised. And about the women. He bedded down numerous women other than his wife. Confirmed, by his confidants. It has also been alleged that he had "very rough sex" with white women, and that has been denied by his confidants. Add it all up, and it's just like Lincoln. A phony baloney narrative has been created around a man to achieve the left's objectives. And pols on the right want in on the action so they go along with it. Everyone has their opinion of what Micheal KIng would be for today, and my own is that he would indeed be right along side Jesse and Al in all of their nefarious works.
Happy B-day Tsing! If MLK was alive today he would be sick to his stomach seeing how democrats distorted, and destroyed his dream. <iframe src="http://videos.mediaite.com/embed/player/?content=7P126Q044K40MGY2&content_type=content_item&layout=&playlist_cid=&widget_type_cid=svp&read_more=1" width="420" height="421" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true"></iframe>
Nah, I have a head cold thanks to my 5 year old's first week of school. The walking petri dish brought back a virus for daddy. But this weekend, God willing, I will be enjoying some wine from Chile. Thanks for the best wishes. You too, Max.
"I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." - Martin Luther King, Jr. That means end affirmative action now.
