GOP.... "Tossed in the towel", or dumb like a fox?

  1. Boehner et al are letting the Dems have everything they want without opposition.... for the next 8 months, that is.

Is that so the Dems have "nothing to bitch about" at campaign time for the '14 elections? Can't say, "Repubs opposed this, obstructed that, cut spending, shut down the government, etc.".... so that the ONLY issue is Obamacare and its negatives? Hoping voters will reject the Dems because of it?

    We'll see.

Lol. You righties lose by being unpopular with the general public, and now you lose by becoming popular with the general public.

Dems will have all the usual stuff to bitch about, republicans are going to murder all the minorities and gays, outlaw medical care for women, cut taxes on the rich to zero, stop giving money to poor people and hand it all out to (name a hated group). Meanwhile if the democrats go with the Hildabeast, the republicans will try to convince Biden to go anti-abortion and nominate him.

Not that it matters all that much. WTF would a competent, well adjusted person even consider running for POTUS? All that ass kissing? All that campaigning? Then *maybe* you get the job, and holy cow, what a job. Any little thing you say or do gets blown up to life-or-death issues? You can't really get anything done because half the voters have their hands out and all of congress does as well.

One would have to be batshit crazy to even run for office and stark raving mad with powerlust to take the job even if offered. Which explains our last several candidates on both sides.

  4. I'd like to see Republicans gain in 2014 and 2016. Not because I have any hope at all of things changing for the better.... but rather the perceived (hoped?) temporary slow down of the Communist juggernaut.
