  1. Cool story-- ill read up on that guys adventures

Nah, totally different. Your guy is out exploring and having a blast--- on very limited funds. The truck guy is accumulating money which is also noble at the start--- so long as it doesn't become an obsessediin and never enough like it does for some of the hoarders.

Well, both of them can live on very limited funds and in the article he mentioned travelling the world in that van.

So if I don't have a house, and I have enough money to easily buy a house, that means I'm not enjoying the fruits? How do you know what other people enjoy? Who ordained you as the chosen one who knows the one true path in life?

  4. Yeah, everyone thinks differently. Sometimes a house is a huge liability, i have no clue about anyones personal situation. I can only voice my opinion--

  5. True.
But for some reason i respect the traveling guy much more---

Still 100% better than sitting in a parking lot and working for the "man".

    Again my opinion.

Imo the Canadian had either huge balls or was very naieve. No way I would travel around in the ME on $1500.

Good luck raising a family or getting an attractive woman to marry you living in a truck.

Also, I wonder what Google's policy would be if a few more guys started to park their trucks and live permanently on their campus??
