You can set the replay as fast or as slow as you want and practice trading on unseen data OR program your own custom indicators/strategies and simulate them. They include one forex broker's 1 min data going back to 2001. You can also access several other forex broker's historical use their data service to download 3+ years of 1 min data or tick data (additional subscription cost; not included in license). It was designed primarily for forex symbols with a metatrader 4-ish look. It is possible to create your own symbols and use it with futures, stock indexes, etc . A license cost $200 new.
