Licenses aren't transferrable (it's in the license agreement) - so if any of you do buy this, you won't actually be able to use it.

Users do get 2 licenses on purchase, but that does not mean 1 is 'spare' - it's so you can run it on 2 PCs. Both licenses are for the same user.
