I work for a firm that has alternating trades on options, going back and forth from hedging to trading, with the other trades that they are played off of going back and forth from trading to hedging. I want to Quit my job and start my own company, wholy owned by myself, and obtain venture capital from at least 1 firm, thanks to at least 1 firm or 1 principle individual. Howeever, I have serious stock optinos in the current firm that I work for, and do not wnat to loose thes. How do I take exiting insurance and firm payouts, and get thm to pay more after hte fact? in other words, I have insurance and payout policies, how do I change them? Can I begin by contacting the insurnace company directly?
